Armenian soprano Mané Galoyan and Iranian pianist Sahar Nouri are excited to perform some of their favorite pieces together, representing five different languages and composers. The concert will feature Maurice Ravel’s Shéhérazade, Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Six Songs for Voice and Piano, Opus 38, as well as select songs by Antonín Dvořák, Armenian composers close to Mané’s heart, and select opera arias that have become a trademark of Ms. Galoyan’s burgeoning operatic career.

 

As a recitalist, Ms. Nouri has performed numerous concerts across the nation. A multi-lingual coach, Ms. Nouri has studied in the Czech Republic, Italy, and Austria and is frequently in demand as a language coach. Houston.
